Esra is a Virginia-licensed Acupuncturist and the founder of Papatya. Her approach to care is personal, attentive, and grounded in a simple belief: meaningful treatment begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms.
Esra earned her Master of Acupuncture from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine after completing extensive supervised clinical training. Her experience also includes clinical work with Inova Life with Cancer, where she provided acupuncture care to people affected by cancer and gained an even deeper appreciation for the value of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Meet Esra Soydan, L. Ac.
Thoughtful care starts with understanding the whole person
You can expect Esra to be curious, thorough, and straightforward. Esra takes time to understand the broader picture: how symptoms developed, what may be influencing them, and how factors such as sleep, stress, digestion, movement, and daily life may fit together. She combines whole-person perspective with the diagnostic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to develop an individualized treatment plan for you.
